First Ever CARVER Vulnerability Assessment App

The CARVER Mobile Security Application – known as SOTERIA – is a mobile GUI interface that will be used by vulnerability assessment teams at the tactical level, which electronically collects and processes information in order to deliver a high-quality report in less time.  It utilizes a step-by-step process to perform a CARVER assessment of a commercial and/or government critical infrastructure facility and is compatible with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s 16 Critical Infrastructure Sectors (outlined in PPD-21).

SOTERIA is an acronym for:
